Welcome to Friends

At Friends we call the Christian life a journey. It has a beginning and a destination. The adventure is in the middle. The journey has highs and lows, challenges and heights. We encounter many people and opportunities for greater understanding, greater skill and greater maturity as we experience God in our daily lives. The way of Jesus in this journey is our objective. In The Journey series, we’ll dig in and learn what it means for us to be a disciple. What it involves to walk in the way of Jesus.

We are again beginning our year with focused Prayer and Fasting. This year we have a great devotional book for those interested. To cover costs we are asking for a $10 donation per book. They will be distributed starting Sunday, December 9. More information will be announced soon. We are also excited about a 24 hour prayer time during our 21 days of prayer.

Sign-Up to be part of this big move of God in our church. This is very vital to our call to be part of the body in Christ, praying for our church and others in our community.

Please sign up, even if you are only able to be present for one hour in the sanctuary, the heart of our church where we seek the throne and truth and grace of God every Sunday!

We hope to have at least 2-3 people in each slot. Matthew 18:20, “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”

January 17-18th (Friday) 6pm- (Saturday) 6pm:

We will have a communion station. We will have prayer journals. We will have worship music playing either live from Daniel Roque or Jaden Butler or through on screen. We will have topics to pray for each hour, and best of all we will have the Word of God and our Holy Spirit to Guide us.

Take the opportunity to be part of Gods kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

This is the very will and call of God to come together as a church and be a House of Prayer. (Matthew 21:13, Mark 11:17, Luke 19:46)
